The embodiment of the invention discloses a power supply conversion control method of a distributed electric propulsion system, which comprises the following steps: a system control unit acquires state information of four storage battery packs in real time, acquires voltages of four bus bars in real time, and acquires on-off states of four main channel contactors and four conversion channel contactors in real time; and based on the system power supply priority, the control logic of the main channel contactors and the control logic of the switching channel contactors, according to the state information of four storage battery packs and the voltage of four bus bars in the distributed electric propulsion system, a preset power supply switching control strategy is adopted to control the on-off states of the four main channel contactors and the four switching channel contactors. Conversion control of power supply in the distributed electric propulsion system is realized. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the problem that engineering application of a distributed electric propulsion system of a distributed electric propulsion aircraft is difficult to realize due to the fact that an existing electric propulsion aircraft mainly aims at small-power centralized electric propulsion for navigation is solved.
本发明实施例公开了一种分布式电推进系统的供电转换控制方法,包括:系统控制单元实时获取4个蓄电池组的状态信息,并实时采集4个汇流条的电压,以及实时采集4个主通道接触器和4个转换通道接触器的通断状态;基于系统供电优先级、主通道接触器的控制逻辑和转换通道接触器的控制逻辑,根据分布式电推进系统中4个蓄电池组的状态信息和4个汇流条的电压,采用预设的供电转换控制策略控制4个主通道接触器和4个转换通道接触器的通断状态,以实现分布式电推进系统中供电的转换控制。本发明实施例提供的技术方案解决了现有电推进飞机主要针对通航用小功率集中式电推进,难以实现对分布式电推进飞机的分布式电推进系统的工程应用的问题。
