The invention discloses a general distributed electric propulsion system control method. The method comprises the steps that 1, a system control unit collects state parameters of a driver operating a throttle lever, an operating lever and a flight operating pedal through sensors; receiving a control instruction of flight control through communication; reading system state information of the distributed electric propulsion system through a sensor and communication; step 2, the system control unit carries out comprehensive calculation according to the collected state parameters and control instructions to generate control instructions of each propulsion motor, and the control instructions of each propulsion motor comprise starting, stopping, propeller locking and target rotating speed instructions of NB propulsion motors; each propulsion motor control instruction is processed by the system control unit to generate a CAN communication instruction and PWM signal instructions with different frequencies; step 3, the system control unit sends each propulsion motor control instruction to a corresponding NB-path propulsion motor controller in a dissimilar dual-redundancy form; and step 4, the NB propulsion motor controllers receive respective propulsion motor control instructions in a non-similar dual-redundancy form. According to the technical scheme, the problem that the research and development cost of the distributed electric propulsion aircraft is increased due to the fact that existing research on the distributed electric propulsion aircraft mainly aims at various eVTOL aircrafts and the specific scheme provides a distributed electric propulsion control mode for one aircraft type is solved.
本发明公开了一种通用分布式电推进系统控制方法,包括:步骤一,系统控制单元通过传感器采集驾驶员操纵油门杆、操纵杆、飞行操纵踏板的状态参数;通过通信接收飞控的控制指令;通过传感器及通信读取分布式电推进系统的系统状态信息;步骤二,系统控制单元根据采集到的状态参数和控制指令进行综合计算,产生各推进电机控制指令,各推进电机控制指令包括NB个推进电机的起动、停止、锁桨、目标转速指令;各推进电机控制指令经系统控制单元处理产生CAN通信指令和不同频率的PWM信号指令;步骤三,系统控制单元通过非相似双冗余形式将各推进电机控制指令发送给对应的NB路推进电机控制器;步骤四,NB个推进电机控制器通过非相似双冗余形式接收各自的推进电机控制指令。本发明的技术方案解决了现有针对分布式电推进飞机的研究主要在于各类eVTOL飞机,且具体方案为针对一种机型提供一种分布式电推进控制形式,从而导致对分布式电推进飞机的研发成本增加的问题。
