The invention discloses a mine rail auxiliary transportation container sky-to-ground transshipment system which comprises a transshipment mechanical arm, a main motion control system, a standard container, an electric locomotive ground rail, a monorail crane bearing system and a hoisting module. The transfer mechanical arms are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the transfer container, each transfer mechanical arm comprises a base, a chassis support, a chassis, a rotating disc, a chassis connector, a lower arm, an arm connector, an upper arm, a front arm, a hydraulic cylinder and a display screen, and the main motion control system comprises a main motion controller, a motor, a motor driver, a feedback device, a grabbing device, a CAN bus, a battery and a wind driven generator. The standard container comprises a transshipment container, a hanging ring and a stop block. Wind power generation is carried out by means of a common wind source in an underground coal mine, electric energy is stored in a battery to serve as a power source, ground-to-sky transshipment of a material container from a ground electric locomotive to a suspended monorail crane is achieved in an auxiliary mode through the industrial mechanical arm, operators and the transshipment cost are reduced, and the transshipment efficiency and the automation level are improved.

    本发明公开一种矿井有轨辅助运输容器天对地转载系统,包括转载机械臂、主运动控制系统、标准容器、电机车地面轨道、单轨吊承载系统、起吊模块;转载机械臂为一对,布置在转载容器前后两端,包括底座、底盘支架、底盘、转盘、底盘连接、下臂、臂连接、上臂、前臂、液压缸、显示屏,主运动控制系统包括主运动控制器、电机、电机驱动器、反馈装置、抓取装置、CAN总线、电池、风力发电机,标准容器包括标准容器包括转载容器、吊环和阻挡块。本发明借助煤矿井下常见的风源进行风力发电,将电能存储在电池中作为动力源,通过工业机械臂,辅助实现了物料容器由地面电机车到悬空单轨吊的“地对天”转载,减少了操作人员和转载成本,提高了转运效率和自动化水平。
