The invention discloses an automatic control system and method for coal mine auxiliary shaft rail transportation. In the transportation process of a coal mine tunneling production mine car, loaded objects in the mine car can be recognized as coal, gangue or materials, so that the mine car is controlled to walk on a coal transportation rail, a gangue transportation rail or a material transportationrail, and unattended operation of a coal mine auxiliary shaft separated transportation rail is achieved. The automatic control system for coal mine auxiliary shaft rail transportation comprises a camera, a computer, a driver control turnout controller and a driver control turnout. According to the method, a gray scale and texture information-based method used in traditional coal gangue image classification is abandoned, a deep learning technology is adopted to automatically extract features, and the robustness is high; an image processing technology is used for judging the position of the mine car, real-time recognition of loaded objects of the mine car and real-time control over the transportation direction of the mine car can be achieved only through the system composed of the camera, the computer, the driver control turnout controller and the driver control turnout, and automatic control over mine car transportation is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种煤矿副井轨道运输自动控制系统和控制方法,在煤矿掘进生产矿车运输过程中,能够将矿车内装载物识别为煤、矸石或者物料,从而控制矿车走煤炭运输轨道、矸石运输轨道或物料运输轨道,实现煤矿副井分运轨道的无人值守。所述煤矿副井轨道运输自动控制系统包括:摄像头、计算机、司控道岔控制器、司控道岔。本发明摒弃了传统的煤矸图像分类所使用基于灰度和纹理信息的方法,采用了深度学习技术自动提取特征,具有较强的鲁棒性;并使用图像处理技术判断矿车位置,仅使用摄像头、计算机、司控道岔控制器和司控道岔组成的系统就能实现对矿车装载物的实时识别和矿车运输方向的实时控制,实现矿车运输自动控制。
