The invention relates to the technical field of mining machinery automation, in particular to a coal mine auxiliary shaft suspension automatic early warning system which comprises a suspension device module, a balance oil cylinder monitoring module, an oil cylinder dynamic balance analysis module, an automatic adjustment and correction module, a wireless data transmission module and an upper computer monitoring alarm module. Wherein the suspension device module is used for connecting a steel wire rope and a cage; the balance oil cylinder monitoring module is used for monitoring stroke and pressure data of an oil cylinder in real time; the oil cylinder dynamic balance analysis module is used for analyzing whether the abnormal condition of insufficient stroke or pressure unbalance exists or not; and the automatic adjusting and correcting module is used for correcting the stroke and pressure of the oil cylinder to avoid the phenomenon of dead cylinder. According to the auxiliary shaft lifting system, the synchronism and pressure balance of the lifting system are achieved through real-time monitoring, dynamic analysis and automatic adjustment of the stroke and pressure of the oil cylinder, early warning is conducted in time when abnormity occurs, and the safety and operation stability of the auxiliary shaft lifting system are remarkably improved.

    本发明涉及矿山机械自动化技术领域,具体涉及一种煤矿副井悬挂自动预警系统,包括悬挂装置模块、平衡油缸监测模块、油缸动态平衡分析模块、自动调节修正模块、无线数据传输模块以及上位机监控报警模块;其中:悬挂装置模块:用于连接钢丝绳与罐笼;平衡油缸监测模块:用于实时监测油缸的行程和压力数据;油缸动态平衡分析模块:分析是否存在行程不足或压力失衡的异常情况;自动调节修正模块:用于修正油缸的行程和压力,避免死缸现象的发生。本发明,通过对油缸行程和压力的实时监测、动态分析及自动调节,实现了提升系统的同步性与压力平衡,并在出现异常时及时预警,显著提升了副井提升系统的安全性和运行稳定性。
