The invention provides a single-shot failure test flight method for an intelligent aircraft. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, determining a fault type of an aircraft engine according to an aircraft engine fault judgment criterion; 2, according to the fault type of an aircraft engine, a flight path after single shot failure is planned; 3, according to the fault type of an aircraft engine, determining whether the aircraft is taken over by the intelligent flight system by judging whether a flight path safety boundary is exceeded; and 4, according to the fault type of the aircraft engine, single engine failure compensation is controlled.
