The invention discloses a test flight method for the unavailable fuel quantity of a civil propeller single-shot aircraft. The test flight method comprises the steps that safety measures for test flight of the unavailable fuel quantity of the single-shot aircraft are determined; key discrimination parameters are captured in a ground test, and safety data are obtained; performing safety risk analysis on the test flight of the unavailable oil amount, and establishing corresponding risk solution measures for a risk analysis conclusion; according to the geometrical shape of the examination oil tank and the position of an oil suction port, a flight test subject of the unavailable oil amount is formulated; based on the formulated test flight subjects, test flight of unavailable oil is carried out, and test flight of only one test flight subject is carried out in each test flight; and after each test flight is finished, measuring the unavailable oil amount of the airplane examination oil tank, and obtaining the most unfavorable oil amount in the test flight process according to the unavailable oil amount of each test flight subject. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the airworthiness certification problem of a civil propeller single-engine aircraft fuel system non-fuel-consumption test flight subject is solved.

    本发明公开了一种民用螺旋桨单发飞机不可用燃油量的试飞方法,包括:确定单发飞机不可用油量试飞的安全措施;在地面试验中捕捉关键判别参数,获取安全数据;对不可用油量试飞进行安全风险分析,对风险分析结论建立相应的风险化解措施;根据考核油箱的几何形状、吸油口位置,制定不可用油量的试飞科目;基于已制定的试飞科目,开展不可用油量的试飞,每次试飞中只开展一个试飞科目的试飞;每次试飞结束后,测量飞机考核油箱的不可用油量,根据各试飞科目的不可用油量获取试飞过程中最不利油量。本发明提供的技术方案解决了民用螺旋桨单发飞机燃油系统不可用油量试飞科目的适航审定问题。
