A computer-implemented method for behavioral planning of an at least partially automated host vehicle (31). The method utilizes a data basis (51) of predefined local conditions (61, 62) and of an evaluation model for each local condition and a predefined rule policy (100) for evaluating a possible behavior pattern of the own vehicle in a given condition (30). The method is implemented by the vehicle at least: summarizing condition-specific information, generating an environmental model of a given condition on the basis of the condition-specific information, analyzing the environmental model for identifying at least one local condition of the data basis (50), generating at least one instance (71, 72, 73) for each identified local condition, according to the invention, all instances are analyzed by means of an analysis model based on local conditions, respectively, for determining boundary conditions of possible behavioral patterns of the host vehicle in a given condition, and the possible behavioral patterns of the host vehicle are prioritized in combination with rules on the basis of the boundary conditions thus determined.
