According to the open truss type star sensor mounting structure provided by the invention, a rod piece and a joint form an open truss type structure, so that a mounting surface is provided for a star sensor, and the open truss type star sensor mounting structure adapts to flange type and bottom mounting interfaces of the star sensor; the star sensor heat insulation pad is mounted between the star sensor and the open truss type structure to isolate heat transfer between the star sensor and the open truss type structure; the star sensor mounting embedded part is embedded in the structure to provide an interface; the unlocking device is connected to the open truss type structure and the spacecraft body structure through the shoveling and scraping piece, and can be clamped at a driving section and unlocked at an on-orbit section, so that the star sensor is prevented from being coupled with a star body structure; the thermal deformation measuring device is installed on the open truss type structure and carries out on-orbit thermal deformation measurement. The problem that a common star sensor support structure is not matched with star sensor flange type installation is solved, the contradiction between the requirement for large rigidity of an active section of a star sensor and coupling of an on-orbit section and a star body structure is solved, the on-orbit thermal deformation measuring function is achieved, the influence of thermal deformation is fed back in real time, and star sensor high-precision attitude determination and image navigation registration are guided.

    本发明提供了一种开敞桁架式星敏感器安装结构,以杆件和接头构成开敞桁架式结构,为星敏感器提供安装面,适应星敏感器法兰式和底部安装接口;星敏感器隔热垫安装于星敏感器与开敞桁架式结构间,隔绝二者的热量传递;星敏感器安装埋件嵌于结构,以提供接口;解锁器通过铲刮片连接开敞桁架式结构和航天器本体结构上,可主动段固支、在轨段解锁,避免星敏感器与星体结构耦合;热变形测量装置安装在开敞桁架式结构上,实施在轨热变形测量;解决一般星敏感器支架结构对星敏感器法兰式安装不适配的问题,解决星敏感器主动段大刚度需求与在轨段和星体结构耦合的矛盾,具有在轨热变形测量功能,实时反馈热变形影响,指导星敏高精度姿态确定与图像导航配准。
