According to the electrically-driven track adjusting device, a motor is adopted to drive and adjust a track, time and labor are saved, and maintenance of a vehicle is facilitated; the two-stage worm and gear structure can realize large-transmission-ratio transmission, so that the function of adjusting a heavy-weight crawler belt by only needing a motor with very small power and very small volume is realized; a two-stage worm and gear and screw transmission combination mode is adopted, in the running process of a vehicle, pulling force borne by a crawler belt can be transmitted to a first support on a vehicle body through a screw sleeve assembly and a screw of the crawler belt adjuster, and finally the pulling force is borne by the vehicle body and is not transmitted to the two-stage worm and gear and a motor, so that the structural size of the worm and gear and the motor can be greatly reduced; the worm gear, the worm and the screw have a self-locking function in transmission, the crawler belt can only be adjusted in the forward direction through the motor, reverse rotation caused by bearing of the tension of the crawler belt is avoided, and the adjusted state of the crawler belt can be kept all the time in the using process; and the crawler belt adjusting device adopts a two-end hinging and tension spring hanging form, so that the use reliability is improved.

    本发明提出一种电驱动履带调整装置,采用电机驱动调整履带省时省力,便于车辆的维修保养;两级蜗轮蜗杆的结构能够实现大传动比传动,从而实现只需要功率、体积均很小的电机完成调整大重量履带的功能;采用两级蜗轮蜗杆及螺杆传动结合形式,在车辆行驶过程中,履带承受的拉力能通过履带调整器的螺套总成和螺杆传递给车体上的第一支座,最终由车体承受,不会传递给两级蜗轮蜗杆和电机,这能够大大减小蜗轮蜗杆及电机的结构尺寸;蜗轮蜗杆及螺杆传动均具有自锁功能,只能通过电机正向调整履带,不会因承受履带拉力而导致反向旋转,使用过程中会一直保持履带调整好的状态;履带调整装置采用两端铰接、拉簧挂装的形式更有利于提高其使用可靠性。
