The invention discloses an electrically-driven triangular track active suspension, and belongs to the technical field of agricultural machinery. Comprising a rack, a servo electric cylinder, a push rod suspension and an electric drive triangular track assembly. A cylinder body of the servo electric cylinder is installed on the machine frame, a cylinder rod of the servo electric cylinder and the electrically-driven triangular crawler belt assembly are both hinged to a push rod suspension installed on the machine frame, and the servo electric cylinder drives the electrically-driven triangular crawler belt assembly to vertically ascend and descend by pushing the push rod suspension. The push rod suspension comprises a double-wishbone structure, the frame side of the double-wishbone structure is hinged to the rack, and the track side of the double-wishbone structure is hinged to the electric drive triangular track assembly; the double-cross-arm structure pushes the electrically-driven triangular track assembly to move up and down in the vertical direction, so that the relative positions of the tracks and the frame are adjusted. The electrically-driven triangular track active suspension provided by the invention can effectively improve the trafficability and stability of a track chassis in hilly and mountainous areas, and has the characteristics of high bearing capacity, high active control precision and the like.

    本发明公开了一种电驱动三角履带主动悬架,属于农业机械技术领域。包括机架、伺服电缸、推杆悬架和电驱动三角履带总成;伺服电缸的缸体安装在机架上,伺服电缸的缸杆和电驱动三角履带总成均与安装在机架上的推杆悬架铰接,伺服电缸通过推动推杆悬架从而带动电驱动三角履带总成垂向升降;推杆悬架中包含双横臂结构,双横臂结构的车架侧与机架铰接,双横臂结构的履带侧与电驱动三角履带总成铰接;通过双横臂结构推动电驱动三角履带总成能够垂向上下运动,以实现履带和车架相对位置的调节。本发明提供的电驱动三角履带主动悬架可有效提高履带式底盘在丘陵山区作业的通过性和稳定性,同时具有承载能力强、主动控制精度高等特点。
