The invention discloses an electrically-driven piston type buoyancy adjusting device for an underwater robot. The electrically-driven piston type buoyancy adjusting device comprises a piston cylinder, a bow end cover and a piston type buoyancy adjusting part. The bow end cover is installed on a shell part of the piston cylinder and used for being connected with an underwater robot. One end of a piston rod in the piston type buoyancy adjusting part is in sliding fit with the piston cylinder, and the other end is connected with the lead screw seat; the lead screw base is matched with a threaded rod, and a worm gear is installed at the end of the threaded rod. The worm shaft is connected with a gear reducer which is driven by a motor. The piston rod is driven to do reciprocating telescopic motion in the piston cylinder through reciprocating motion of the threaded rod and the lead screw base, and buoyancy adjustment of the underwater robot connected with the piston rod is achieved. And by utilizing the self-locking characteristic of the worm gear and the worm, the underwater robot can maintain the specified buoyancy within the buoyancy adjusting range with zero power consumption. The motor is adopted to replace traditional hydraulic drive, and has the characteristics of compact structure, simplicity and convenience in operation, easiness in installation and maintenance and the like.
本发明公开了一种水下机器人用电驱动活塞式浮力调节装置,包括活塞缸、艏部端盖和活塞式浮力调节部;艏部端盖安装于活塞缸的外壳部,艏部端盖用于与水下机器人进行连接;活塞式浮力调节部中的活塞杆的一端与活塞缸滑动配合,另一端部与丝杠座连接;丝杠座与螺纹杆相配合,螺纹杆端部安装有蜗轮。蜗杆轴与齿轮减速器连接,齿轮减速器由电机驱动。通过螺纹杆及丝杠座的往复运动带动活塞杆在活塞缸中做往复的伸缩运动实现与所连接的水下机器人的浮力调节。利用蜗轮蜗杆自锁特性,可使水下机器人零功耗维持浮力调节范围内的指定浮力。本发明采用电机替代传统液压驱动,具有结构紧凑、操作简便、易于安装维护等特点。
