The lightweight fender support comprises a tubular beam and at least two fender connecting pieces, one end of each fender connecting piece is connected with the tubular beam through a connecting ring, and one end of the tubular beam is connected with a support plate through a torsion piece; the torsion part comprises a first pipe body connected to the end of the pipe beam, a plurality of spiral wing edges are arranged on the circumferential surface of the first pipe body at equal intervals, the width of the spiral wing edges is gradually increased in the axial direction of the first pipe body, and the ends, away from the pipe beam, of the spiral wing edges are connected with a support plate. Threaded assembling holes are formed in the four corners of the support plate. Through the structure of the spiral wing edges of the torsion part, the resultant force of the central axis of the first pipe body deviates to zero, and therefore the vibration resistance of the fender support can be greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种轻量化挡泥板支架,包括管梁和至少两个挡泥板连接件,挡泥板连接件的一端通过连接环连接管梁,管梁的一端通过扭力件连接有支座板;扭力件包括连接在管梁端部的第一管体,第一管体的周向表面等间距设置有多个螺旋翅棱,螺旋翅棱沿第一管体的轴向的宽度逐渐增加,螺旋翅棱远离管梁的端部连接支座板;支座板的四个拐角处设置有螺纹装配孔。本发明中通过扭力件的螺旋翅棱的结构,使得第一管体中心轴合力偏向于零,从而能够极大的提高挡泥板支架抗振性。
