The front end of the upper portion, located between a headlamp and a cabin cover, of the fender is an angular plate face, and the upper edge and/or the lower edge of the angular plate face are/is provided with turned-over edges located in a cabin. The fender forming die comprises a male die used for forming the inner side plate face of the angular plate face, the edge of the top face of the male die abuts against the inner side face of the lower turned-over edge and the inner side face of the upper turned-over edge, the bottom of the male die is connected with a sliding wedge block, and a first section of motion of the male die is decomposed into first component motion facing the rear end of a fender and second component motion far away from the back face of the fender. The turnup edges are formed on the upper edge and the lower edge of the angular plate face, so that the strength of the parts is improved. According to the forming die, the flanges are formed through the male die, the first section of the male die moves so that the male die can avoid the flanges on the upper edge and the lower edge of the angular plate, then the fender can be conveniently taken away, and demolding can be conducted smoothly without other procedures.

    本发明提出了一种翼子板及其成型模具,翼子板位于大灯与机舱罩盖之间的翼子板上部前端为角形板面,其上边沿和/或下边沿上有位于机舱内的翻边。翼子板成型模具包括用于成型角形板面的内侧板面的凸模,凸模的顶面边沿分别与下翻边、上翻边的内侧面相抵接,凸模的底部连接有滑动楔块,凸模的第一段运动分解为朝向翼子板后端的第一分运动和远离翼子板背面的第二分运动。本发明通过在角形板面的上、下边沿处成型翻边来提高该部位的强度。其成型模具通过凸模来成型翻边,凸模的第一段运动使其与角形板面上、下边沿处的翻边相避让,之后可方便取走翼子板,无需附加其他工序便可顺利脱模。
