The heavy-duty car fender comprises a fender body, inclined baffles and vertical baffles, the inclined baffles are welded to the two sides of the fender body, the vertical baffles are welded to the bottom ends of the inclined baffles, a notch is formed in the position, corresponding to a cross beam of loading equipment, of the fender body, and a wedge-shaped reinforcing plate is welded to the notch; plate-shaped reinforcing plates are welded to the inner side faces where the plate body is welded to the inclined baffles and the inclined baffles are welded to the vertical baffles. The wedge-shaped reinforcing plate is welded on the plate main body to avoid a lower convex point of a cross beam of loading equipment, so that the interference problem of the fender structure is solved, the length of a welding seam of the wedge-shaped reinforcing plate is short, the probability of welding defects is relatively low, liquid accumulation is avoided when the wedge-shaped reinforcing plate is adopted for electrophoresis, and uniform drying can be realized; and the groove of the wedge-shaped reinforcing plate is not easy to gather rainwater and is not easy to rust, so that the durability is ensured.

    一种重型汽车挡泥板及其成型工艺,板主体、斜挡板和竖挡板,板主体的两侧焊接斜挡板,斜挡板的底端焊接竖挡板,板主体对应上装设备的横梁处开设有豁口,豁口处焊接楔形加强板,板主体与斜挡板、斜挡板与竖挡板焊接的内侧面处焊接板形加强板。本发明通过在板主体上焊接楔形加强板,以避让上装设备的横梁下凸点,解决挡泥板结构的干涉问题,且楔形加强板的焊缝长度短,出现焊接缺陷的几率相对较小,采用楔形加强板电泳时不会出现积液,能够均匀烘干,且楔形加强板的凹槽不易聚集雨水,不容易生锈,保证了耐久性。
