본 발명은 방탄성능이 확보된 경량형 방현재에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 내부를 발포폼 형태로 형성하여 방현재의 경량성을 확보하며, 섬유로 직조된 시트를 적층하여 방현재의 내구성 및 방탄성을 향상시켜 방탄성능이 확보된 경량형 방현재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 방현재의 내부 중앙에 합성수지를 발포시켜 형성되는 코어층(10); 상기 코어층(10)의 외측을 감싸도록 적층되어 형성되는 중간층(20); 상기 중간층(20)의 외측에 직물 형태의 원단이 적층되어 형성되는 방탄층(30); 상기 방탄층(30)의 외측을 감싸도록 적층되어 형성되는 커버층(40);을 포함하는 방탄성능이 확보된 경량형 방현재를 제공할 수 있다.

    The present invention relates to a lightweight fender of which bulletproof performance is ensured and, more specifically, to a lightweight fender of which bulletproof performance is ensured, in which, by forming the inside in the form of foam, the light weight of the fender is ensured, and by laminating sheets woven with fibers, the durability and ballistic properties of the fender are improved. The present invention may provide a lightweight fender of which bulletproof performance is ensured, comprising: a core layer (10) formed by foaming a synthetic resin at the center of the inside of the fender; an intermediate layer (20) formed by being laminated to surround the outer side of the core layer (10); a bulletproof layer (30) formed by laminating a fabric in the form of textiles on the outer side of the intermediate layer (20); and a cover layer (40) formed by being laminated to surround the outer side of the bulletproof layer (30).
