The invention discloses a reconfigurable full-vector drive-by-wire chassis structure and a control method. In the chassis structure, the expandable virtual shaft comprises a connecting piece, an electric wheel and a peripheral domain controller; the electric wheel comprises a drive-by-wire driving subsystem, a drive-by-wire braking subsystem, a drive-by-wire steering subsystem and a drive-by-wire suspension subsystem which are respectively provided with independent execution controllers; the two electric wheels are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end of the connecting piece; the execution controllers of the two electric wheels are respectively used for receiving driving torque, braking torque, steering angle and damping force instructions from the peripheral domain controller; the function extension mechanisms are used for being connected with the connecting pieces front and back, so that the reconfigurable multi-axis full-vector chassis is formed by the multiple extensible virtual axes and the multiple function extension mechanisms. The method has expandability and inherent safety attribute, the application range of the chassis is expanded, and the safety boundary of vehicle dynamics is improved.

    本发明公开了一种可重构全矢量线控底盘结构及控制方法。在底盘结构中,可扩张虚拟轴包括连接件、电动轮和周边域控制器;电动轮包括分别具有独立的执行控制器的线控驱动子系统、线控制动子系统、线控转向子系统和线控悬架子系统;两个电动轮分别设置在连接件的左端和右端;两个电动轮的各个执行控制器分别用于接收来自周边域控制器的驱动转矩、制动力矩、转向角度和阻尼力指令;功能扩展机构用于与连接件前后连接,以实现多个可扩展虚拟轴和多个功能扩展机构组成可重构的多轴全矢量底盘。本发明具有可扩展性和固有安全属性,扩大了底盘的应用范围,提高车辆动力学安全边界。
