The invention discloses a battery for deepwater operation and an underwater robot, the battery comprises an upper cover, a lower cover and a battery assembly, the battery assembly is arranged in a cavity of the upper cover, the lower cover is arranged on the upper end surface of the upper cover, and the contact surface of the lower cover and the upper cover is sealed in an ultrasonic welding molten plastic mode to ensure full sealing of a shell assembly surface. The risk of water leakage is eliminated; an exhaust hole is formed in the lower cover, a gap between the inner wall of the upper cover and the battery assembly is filled with a waterproof pouring sealant, and the waterproof pouring sealant is injected from bottom to top, so that no air is left inside, no air hole is formed in the internal sealant, and full filling of the interior of the poured sealant is ensured. According to the robot, the battery serves as a propeller battery, it is guaranteed that the performance is more stable, and the service life is longer.

    本发明公开了一种用于深水作业的电池以及水下机器人,该电池包括上盖、下盖以及电池组件,电池组件设置于上盖的空腔内,下盖设置于上盖的上端面,下盖与上盖的接触面通过超声波焊接熔融塑胶方式密封,确保外壳装配面的全密封,消除漏水的风险;下盖上设置有排气孔,上盖的内壁与电池组件的空隙间通过防水灌封胶进行填充,防水灌封胶注入时采用由下而上的方式注入,保证内部无空气存留,实现内部胶无气孔,保证灌胶内部的全填充。该机器人通过上述电池作为推进器电池,保证了性能更稳定,使用寿命更长。
