According to the wall-climbing robot, due to the fact that limitation of cables is eliminated, supply of a pneumatic pump is avoided, through the ingenious mechanical structure design, noise generated when the robot moves is remarkably reduced, power consumption is reduced by about 30%, the wall-climbing robot is stable in performance in field tests, and long-time and long-distance climbing operation can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种爬壁机器人,包括机体,机体的两侧均设有履带行走机构,履带行走机构沿其长度方向设有导轨条,导轨条的两端分别设有前导向凸轮和后导向凸轮,履带行走机构的表面上设有多个吸盘机构;吸盘机构包括吸盘、活塞推杆和弹性复位件,吸盘内侧设有空气吸排腔,活塞推杆的一端活动插设在空气吸排腔中,且活塞推杆与吸盘之间设置弹性复位件。本发明由于取消了线缆的限制,无气压泵的供给,通过巧妙的机械结构设计,机器人在移动时产生的噪声得到了显著的降低,功耗也减少了约30%,而且爬壁机器人在实地测试中表现稳定,能够实现长时间、远距离的攀爬操作。
