The invention discloses an automatic tensioning device for a crane and a tensioning method. The automatic tensioning device comprises a base, a tensioning winding drum, a driving mechanism and a hydraulic control system. The base comprises a first support, and the top of the first support is provided with a guide rail and a second support capable of linearly moving on the guide rail. The tensioning winding drum is mounted on the second bracket; a hollow cavity is formed in the tensioning winding drum; the driving mechanism comprises a clutch and a speed reducer arranged in the hollow cavity, and the speed reducer and the clutch are connected through a first bearing; the hydraulic control system is connected with the clutch, and resistance torque is provided for the tensioning winding drum through the working pressure of operation of the hydraulic control system. In addition, when the working winch carries out heavy-load operation, the clutch is controlled to be disengaged, so that the driving mechanism and the hydraulic control system are disconnected, and the tensioning winding drum idles only along with the steel wire rope. The rope disorder phenomenon caused by loosening of the steel wire rope when the working winch is not loaded is effectively avoided, the production efficiency is improved, and the service life of the steel wire rope is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种起重机用自动张紧装置及张紧方法,该自动张紧装置包括基座、张紧卷筒、驱动机构和液压控制系统。其中,基座包括第一支架,且第一支架顶部设有导轨和能够于导轨直线移动的第二支架;张紧卷筒安装于第二支架,张紧卷筒设有中空腔;驱动机构包括离合器和设于中空腔内的减速机,减速机和离合器通过第一轴承连接;液压控制系统与离合器相接,通过液压控制系统运行的工作压力为张紧卷筒提供阻力扭矩;另外,当工作卷扬机进行重载作业时,操控离合器脱离,以使驱动机构和液压控制系统断开,张紧卷筒仅跟随所述钢丝绳空转。本发明有效避免工作卷扬机在无负载时因为钢丝绳松动而造成乱绳现象,提高了生产效率,延长了钢丝绳的使用寿命。
