The invention belongs to the technical field of crane control, and particularly relates to a crane superlift tensioning method and system and a crane. The method comprises the following steps: driving the boom to extend; meanwhile, the first super-lift hoisting mechanism and the second super-lift hoisting mechanism are controlled to stretch along with the arm frame to synchronously release ropes, the difference between the rope releasing amount of the first super-lift hoisting mechanism and the rope releasing amount of the second super-lift hoisting mechanism is controlled to be smaller than a first length difference value, and the difference between the included angle between the head of the arm frame and the horizontal plane and the included angle between the root of the arm frame and the horizontal plane is smaller; when the arm frame is driven to extend to the preset length of the arm frame, the first superlift hoisting mechanism and the second superlift hoisting mechanism stop releasing the rope and are locked; and the arm frame is driven to extend to the target arm length, so that the hoisting ropes of the first superlift hoisting mechanism and the second superlift hoisting mechanism are tensioned. The method is simple in process and low in hardware cost, it can be ensured that the boom is in a good state of small sidewise bending amount and small deflection after super-lift tensioning, and then the lifting performance is improved to the maximum extent.

    本发明属于起重机控制技术领域,具体涉及一种起重机超起张紧方法、系统及起重机。方法包括,驱动臂架伸长,同时控制第一超起卷扬机构和第二超起卷扬机构随臂架伸长同步放绳并控制第一超起卷扬机构和第二超起卷扬机构的放绳量之差小于第一长度差值且臂架头部与水平面的夹角与臂架根部与水平面的夹角之差较小;驱动臂架伸长至臂架预设长度时,第一超起卷扬机构和第二超起卷扬机构停止放绳并锁止;驱动臂架伸长至目标臂长,使第一超起卷扬机构以及第二超起卷扬机构的卷扬绳张紧。本发明过程简单、硬件成本低,能够确保超起张紧后臂架处于旁弯量小、挠度小的良好状态,进而最大限度的提升起重性能。
