The invention provides a front tensioning mechanism, a superlift device with the front tensioning mechanism and a crane. The front tensioning mechanism is applied to the telescopic boom type crane and comprises a mast, a winch and an inclined tensioning unit. The first end of the mast is a cargo boom connecting end, and the second end of the mast is a free end. The winch is arranged on the mast. The first end of the inclined tensioning unit is connected to the free end of the mast, and the second end of the inclined tensioning unit is a cargo boom tensioning end. Connection lines between the cargo boom connecting end of the mast, the free end of the mast and the cargo boom tensioning end of the inclined tensioning unit form a triangle shape. The winch is located between the cargo boom connecting end of the mast and the first end of the inclined tensioning unit. At least a part of the inclined tensioning unit is an N-rate pulley block, N is a natural number larger than or equal to 2, and a front tensioning rope winds across the N-rate pulley block and then is connected with the winch. According to the front tensioning mechanism, preset pretightening force can be achieved through one pretightening action, and the magnitude of the pretightening force can be adjusted according to different operation working conditions.
