The invention discloses an electric hydraulic power steering control method which comprises the following steps: S1, establishing a current-vehicle speed-rotating speed data MAP curve, and adjusting the rotating speed of a steering pump motor through the current value of a steering pump motor controller and the vehicle speed; s2, storing the current-vehicle speed-rotating speed data MAP curve to the whole vehicle for calling; s3, the whole vehicle is powered on, a steering pump motor operates at the allowed minimum rotating speed, the current state of the vehicle is obtained, and whether the vehicle has steering action or not is judged; if the vehicle has no steering action, the steering pump continues to operate at the allowed minimum rotating speed, and energy consumption is reduced; if the vehicle has the steering action, the current vehicle speed and the current value of the steering pump are obtained, and then the rotating speed of the steering pump is adjusted according to the incidence relation of the current-vehicle speed-rotating speed data MAP curve. According to the method, the rotating speed of the steering pump, the steering demand current and the vehicle speed are associated and calibrated, so that the energy consumption is reduced to the greatest extent on the premise of meeting the steering demand of the whole vehicle.
本发明公开了一种电动液压助力转向控制方法,包括如下步骤:S1、建立电流‑车速‑转速的数据MAP曲线,通过转向泵电机控制器电流值和车速调整转向泵电机转速;S2、将电流‑车速‑转速的数据MAP曲线保存至整车供调取;S3、整车上电,转向泵电机以允许的最低转速运行,获取车辆当前状态,判断车辆是否有转向动作;如车辆无转向动作,则转向泵维持允许的最低转速继续运行,降低能耗;如车辆有转向动作,则获取当前车速和转向泵电流值,再根据电流‑车速‑转速的数据MAP曲线的关联关系调整转向泵的转速。本发明通过将转向泵的转速和转向需求电流以及车速进行关联并进行标定测试,在满足整车转向需求的前提下,最大程度的降低能耗。
