The invention discloses a high-speed train wind resistance braking device with an energy recovery function. Comprising fan blades, a brake plate, a connecting rod mechanism, a first driving device sliding block, a base, a baffle, a mounting base, a second driving device mechanical lock, a third driving device connecting the baffle and the base, a fourth driving device connecting the base and the mounting base, and power generation devices located on the two sides in the brake plate. Air resistance generated when the train runs at a high speed is used for providing braking force for the train, meanwhile, the wind power generation device is driven to generate electricity, kinetic energy generated when the train runs is recycled and converted into electric energy, overall energy conservation and consumption reduction of the train are achieved, and the running cost of the train is reduced; the working direction of the braking device is kept consistent with the running direction of the train, bidirectional braking is achieved, wheel track braking abrasion of the train is remarkably reduced, the braking effect and the control performance of the train are improved, and the braking distance and the accident risk are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种具有能量回收功能的高速列车风阻制动装置,包括:扇叶、制动板、连杆机构、第一驱动装置滑块、底座、挡板、安装座和第二驱动装置机械锁、连接挡板和底座的第三驱动装置、连接底座和安装座的第四驱动装置以及位于制动板内部两侧的发电装置。本发明利用列车高速运行时产生的空气阻力为列车提供制动力,同时驱动风力发电装置发电,从而将列车运行时的动能回收并转化为电能,实现列车的整体节能降耗,降低列车的运行成本,底部有一个电动旋转机构,实现制动装置工作方向与列车行驶方向保持一致,实现双向制动,显著减少列车的轮轨制动磨损,提高了列车的制动效果和操控性能,减少制动距离和事故风险。
