The invention discloses a pressure detection device for an electronic mechanical braking system and a braking method, and relates to the technical field of vehicle braking. The device comprises a fixed seat, a pressure bearing ring, a thrust bearing and a circuit board; the pressure bearing ring comprises an axial force bearing area, a strain detection area and an axial supporting area, and the axial supporting area is fixedly connected with the fixed seat; a plurality of strain gauges are uniformly arranged on the strain detection area along the circumferential direction; one end of the thrust bearing is contacted with the side surface of the gear, and the other end is contacted with the axial force bearing area; all the strain gauges are in signal connection with the circuit board, and the circuit board is used for converting strain into voltage signals or digital signals and feeding back the voltage signals or the digital signals to a central domain controller of the unmanned vehicle. According to the braking method, a central domain controller of the unmanned vehicle formulates a braking force demand and an execution decision of working of multiple braking modes according to road surface information and a current vehicle state. According to the invention, accurate detection of the brake pressure in the electronic mechanical brake system can be realized.

    本发明公开一种用于电子机械制动系统的压力检测装置及制动方法,涉及车辆制动技术领域,装置包括固定座、压力承载环、推力轴承和电路板;压力承载环包括轴向力承载区、应变检测区和轴向支撑区,轴向支撑区与固定座固连;应变检测区上沿周向均匀设置有多个应变片;推力轴承一端与齿轮的侧面接触、另一端与轴向力承载区接触;全部应变片与电路板信号连接,电路板用于将应变转换为电压信号或者数字信号并将电压信号或数字信号反馈给无人驾驶车辆的中央域控制器。制动方法:通过无人驾驶车辆的中央域控制器根据路面信息和当前车辆状态制定制动力需求和多种制动模式工作的执行决策。本发明能够实现电子机械制动系统中制动压力的精准检测。
