The invention discloses an electronic mechanical braking device, and particularly relates to the technical field of braking, a guide frame plate is fixedly connected to the top end of braking calipers, and an emergency double-step braking mechanism is mounted in the guide frame plate; the emergency double-step braking mechanism comprises a linkage screw rod installed in the guide frame plate, and one side of the guide frame plate is fixedly connected with a driving motor used for driving the linkage screw rod to rotate. When electric braking of two lateral electric cylinders and a lower electric cylinder fails, a first threaded sleeve block and a second threaded sleeve block get close to each other under the action of threads, along with rotation of wheels, a plurality of friction cylinders can enter along the interior of a braking hole and then are discharged for reciprocating braking, and the braking efficiency is improved. And when the wheels are reduced to the specified speed, the wheels can be locked and braked emergently, two-stage accurate emergency braking is achieved, and the emergency braking effect of electronic machinery is better.

    本发明公开了一种电子机械制动装置,具体涉及制动技术领域,在制动卡钳的顶端固定连接有导向框板,且导向框板的内部安装有应急双阶制动机构;其中,应急双阶制动机构包括安装在导向框板内部的联动螺杆,且导向框板的一侧固定连接有用于驱动联动螺杆旋转的驱动电机。本发明采用应急双阶制动机构当两个侧向电缸和下压电缸电动制动失效时,第一螺纹套块和第二螺纹套块在螺纹的作用下相互靠近,随着车轮的旋转,多个摩擦圆柱能够顺着制动孔内部进入后再排出进行往复制动,等待车轮降低到指定速度时,对车轮能够紧急锁紧制动,实现二阶段精确应急制动,电子机械紧急制动效果更好。
