The invention discloses an electronic mechanical brake device and a vehicle. The electronic mechanical brake device comprises a rotary driving mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a data acquisition device, a friction assembly, a brake disc and a friction force calculation module. According to the device, the thrust acquisition unit serves as a main detection structure of the braking force of the vehicle, the temperature acquisition unit serves as an auxiliary detection structure of the braking force of the vehicle, and when the thrust acquisition unit is damaged or cannot work normally due to other factors, the braking force can be detected through the temperature acquisition unit. According to the device, the redundant function of braking force detection is achieved through the thrust acquisition unit and the temperature acquisition unit, and the use safety of the vehicle is effectively improved. Meanwhile, whether the temperature of the brake disc meets the requirement or not can be judged through the arrangement of the temperature acquisition unit, and the safety of vehicle braking is further guaranteed.

    一种电子机械制动装置和车辆,电子机械制动装置包括:旋转驱动机构、传动机构、数据采集装置、摩擦组件、制动盘以及摩擦力计算模块。本装置中推力采集单元作为车辆制动力的主检测结构,温度采集单元作为车辆制动力的辅助检测结构,当推力采集单元因其他因素损坏或不能正常工作时,即可通过温度采集单元实现对制动力的检测。本装置通过推力采集单元和温度采集单元实现制动力检测的冗余功能,有效提高车辆使用安全性。同时,通过温度采集单元的设置还可判断制动盘温度是否满足要求,进一步保证车辆制动的安全性。
