The invention provides a redundant braking electronic mechanical braking system and a vehicle, the electronic mechanical braking system comprises two front wheel end braking devices and two rear wheel end braking devices, the front wheel end braking devices brake two front wheels of the vehicle respectively, and the rear wheel end braking devices brake two rear wheels of the vehicle respectively. Each front wheel end braking device comprises two front wheel driving units and a front wheel braking caliper which are mutually backed up, the two rear wheel end braking devices brake two rear wheels of the vehicle, and each rear wheel end braking device comprises a rear wheel driving unit and a rear wheel braking caliper. When the front wheel driving unit in any front wheel end braking device fails, the other front wheel driving unit in the device still outputs clamping force to the brake disc of one front wheel of the vehicle. Therefore, each of the front wheels on the two sides of the vehicle is provided with at least one front wheel driving unit which works normally, so that enough braking force can be provided for the electric vehicle without using a diagonal braking strategy.
