The invention relates to a vehicle redundancy braking system, belongs to the technical field of braking, and solves the problems that in the prior art, the redundancy of a braking system still has risks, and a vehicle with more than three axles cannot be taken into consideration. The redundant braking system comprises a braking request device, an axle, a brake and a control unit, and a first communication data line is arranged between the axle control unit and the brake; the first communication data lines are used for being connected in the axles, second communication data lines are further arranged between the adjacent axles, and the second communication data lines are sequentially connected with the control unit and the brake on the axle adjacent to the axle where the control unit is located. The second communication data line is the redundant braking configuration of the first communication data line, each line is sequentially and alternately connected with the control unit and the brake, on the basis of the first communication data line, faults between adjacent axles are verified and improved, it is ensured that distribution of braking force on the whole vehicle is more uniform, and the adjacent axles achieve more stable and reliable braking.

    本发明涉及一种车辆冗余制动系统,属于制动技术领域,它解决了现有技术中制动系统的冗余仍存在风险且没能照顾到三车轴以上的车辆的问题。本冗余制动系统,包含制动请求装置,车轴,制动器和控制单元,轴控制单元与制动器之间设有第一通讯数据线;第一通讯数据线用于在车轴内部连接,相邻的车轴之间还设有第二通讯数据线,所述的第二通讯数据线依次连接控制单元和与控制单元所在车轴相邻的车轴上的制动器。第二通讯数据线是第一通讯数据线的冗余制动配置,每条线路依次交替的连接控制单元和制动器,在第一通讯数据线的基础上,效验和改善相邻车轴之间的故障,确保制动力在整车上的分布更加均匀,使相邻车轴实现更加稳定可靠的制动。
