The embodiment of the invention discloses an electronic mechanical braking system which comprises at least two types of sensors arranged in a brake pedal assembly, the sensors respond to the braking action of a brake pedal to generate response signals, and different types of sensors adopt different physical principles when generating the response signals; and the controller is electrically connected with all the sensors and used for calculating corresponding brake pedal strokes according to the response signals generated by all the sensors and controlling the motor to drive the brake calipers to brake according to all the brake pedal strokes. According to the embodiment of the invention, multiple paths of brake pedal electric signals can be used as input of EMBS service brake control as redundancy, so that pedal brake detection is more accurate, and vehicle driving is safer and more reliable.
本发明实施例公开了一种电子机械制动系统,其中包括:至少两种类型传感器,设置于制动踏板总成中,传感器响应制动踏板的制动动作生成响应信号,不同类型的传感器生成所述响应信号时所采用的物理原理不同;控制器,分别与各传感器电连接,用于根据各传感器生成的响应信号,计算获得对应的制动踏板行程,并根据各制动踏板行程,控制电机驱动制动卡钳进行制动。本发明实施例可以通过多路制动踏板电信号作为EMBS行车制动控制的输入作为冗余,使踏板制动检测更准确,车辆行驶更加安全、可靠。
