The invention relates to the technical field of electric vehicle and electric vehicle charging and discharging management platforms, and discloses an electric vehicle and electric vehicle charging and discharging management platform. A charging control module is used for remotely controlling a charging device of each charging and feeding terminal; the charging device is remotely controlled to be connected with the power grid, charging is achieved through connection of the charging device and the power grid, the mobile energy storage power supply behind the electric vehicle outputs electric energy on site, and the power transmission capacity of the power grid is improved and power grid loss is reduced under the condition that a power grid line is not changed. In the current trough electricity consumption period, the charging device is remotely controlled to be connected with the power grid, charging is achieved through connection of the charging device and the power grid, and the electric vehicle or the electric automobile feeds back the remaining electric energy to the power grid through the discharging device; the residual electric energy is fed back to the power grid through the discharging device, the charging and discharging time periods of the storage battery of the electric vehicle can be effectively arranged, and peak load shifting is achieved.

    本发明涉及电动车及电动汽车充放电管理平台技术领域,且公开了一种电动车及电动汽车充电及放电管理平台,通过设置的充电控制模块用于远程控制每个充馈电终端的充电装置,当前处于波谷用电时段时,远程控制充电装置与电网连接,实现通过充电装置与电网连接进行充电,电动车后面的移动储能电源达到就地输出电能,在不改变电网线路的情况下,提高电网的输电能力,降低电网损耗;当前处于波谷用电时段时,远程控制充电装置与电网连接,实现通过充电装置与电网连接进行充电,实现电动车或电动汽车将所剩余的电能通过放电装置反馈至电网;将所剩余的电能通过放电装置反馈至电网,能够有效的安排电动车蓄电池充电放电时段,实现削峰填谷。
