The invention discloses a cabin docking device suitable for an underwater vehicle, which belongs to the technical field of cabin structures of underwater vehicles and comprises a connecting section a, a connecting section b, a hoop ring, a front cabin connector assembly and a rear cabin connector assembly. The connecting section a is machined on the end face of the front cabin shell and is of a step structure. The connecting section b is machined on the end face of the rear cabin shell and is an annular boss. The front cabin connector assembly is installed on the inner side wall of the connecting section a, and the rear cabin connector assembly is installed on the inner side wall of the connecting section b. The stepped structure of the connecting section a is inserted into the annular boss of the connecting section b and attached to the inner circumferential face of the annular boss. And the shroud ring is mounted at the joint of the connecting section a and the connecting section b to realize connection and fixation. Meanwhile, the front cabin connector assembly and the rear cabin connector assembly are connected, and electrical butt joint is achieved. According to the invention, synchronous implementation of mechanical butt joint and electrical butt joint between the pressure-resistant cabin sections can be realized in a high-pressure environment, and the locking and sealing requirements between the pressure-resistant cabin sections of an underwater vehicle can be met.

    本发明公开了一种适用于水下航行器的舱段对接装置,属于水下航行器舱体结构技术领域,包括连接段a、连接段b、箍环、前舱接插件组件及后舱接插件组件;连接段a加工于前舱壳体的端面上,呈阶梯结构;连接段b加工于后舱壳体的端面上,为环状凸台;前舱接插件组件安装在连接段a的内侧壁上,后舱接插件组件安装在连接段b的内侧壁上;连接段a阶梯结构插入连接段b的环状凸台内,并与环状凸台的内圆周面贴合;箍环安装在连接段a和连接段b的连接处,实现连接固定。同时,前舱接插件组件和后舱接插件组件连接,实现电气对接。本发明能够在高压环境下实现耐压舱段间机械对接和电气对接的同步实施,并能满足水下航行器耐压舱段间锁紧、密封要求。
