The invention relates to a movable cabin section automatic docking vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of aerospace manufacturing. According to the butt joint vehicle, a plurality of split type supporting and adjusting mechanisms distributed at intervals are arranged on a guide rail which is fixed on an AGV and transversely extends; transverse servo motors on a bottom plate of the split type supporting and adjusting mechanism are meshed with racks through transmission gears and provided with hoisters respectively, and the same adjusting and supporting plate is arranged on the two hoisters located at the corresponding positions in the transverse direction. The upper portion of a sliding supporting frame on the adjusting supporting plate is provided with an arc opening, and the sliding supporting frame and the adjusting supporting plate form a horizontal moving pair. The arc-shaped opening and the arc-shaped supporting ring form a rotating pair for corner limiting; two transposition gears which are in transmission connection with a longitudinal servo motor at the same time are installed on sliding supporting frames on two front-back adjacent adjusting supporting plates in the split type supporting adjusting mechanism respectively, and the two transposition gears are meshed with the outer arc teeth of the corresponding supporting rings respectively. The docking and transferring functions of all the cabin sections are combined, the docking efficiency and the assembling precision of the cabin sections are ensured, and the labor intensity is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种移动式舱段自动对接车,属于航天制造技术领域。该对接车固定在AGV上横向延伸的导轨安置多组间隔分布的分体式支撑调节机构;分体式支撑调节机构底板上的横向伺服电机通过传动齿轮与齿条啮合,并分别装有提升机,位于横向对应位置的两提升机上装有同一块调节支撑板;调节支撑板上的滑动支撑架上部呈圆弧开口,其与调节支撑板构成水平移动副;圆弧开口与圆弧状的支撑环构成转角限位的转动副;分体式支撑调节机构中前后相邻的两调节支撑板上的滑动支撑架分别装有同时与纵向伺服电机传动连接的两转位齿轮,两转位齿轮分别与相应支撑环的外圆弧齿啮合。本发明将各舱段的对接、转运功能复合,确保舱段对接效率和装配精度,降低劳动强度。
