The invention relates to the field of production of aviation products, in particular to a product cabin section leveling butt joint method. The product cabin section leveling butt joint method is characterized by including steps that (1) alignment is performed with locating pins as base points, two locating pins are located on the same horizontal line which is parallel to a mounting platform, and the two locating pins are located on the same horizontal plane so that a horizontal plane of a cabin section is located at a correct position; (2) according to a space position of a middle point of the horizontal plane, a theory position of a middle point of the other end is calculated, and a middle point of a locating pin or a screw hole at the other end of the cabin section, which is an actual middle point, is obtained; (3) coordinates and theory coordinates of the actual middle point are continuously compared to be close till the coordinates and the theory coordinates coincide, and the cabin section after adjustment is a leveled position. By means of the product cabin section leveling butt joint method, the test method is simple and easy to implement, labor intensity of manual work is reduced, the assembly progress is accelerated, time costs required by leveling are lowered, data points that a sensor is required to collect are reduced, the dependency on the sensor is reduced, and material costs required by leveling are lowered.
