In order to prevent the rack pin from being pressed back under the action of external hydraulic pressure after power-off, large reverse torque is designed. A guide pin is fixedly connected with a shell, and it is ensured that the rack pin moves in the fixed direction. The device is verified by multiple tests such as a real navigation test, and is reasonable, feasible and good in effect.
