The wet skid resistance of the tread rubber can be remarkably improved, so that the problem that cutting is aggravated due to skid when a tire is used on a waterlogged muddy mine road surface is solved, the abrasive surface performance of a product is improved, the service life of the product is prolonged, the mining efficiency is improved, and higher value is brought to customers.

    本发明公开了一种高抗湿滑矿用轮胎胎面胶及其制备方法,属于轮胎技术领域。其技术方案为:以重量份计,包括以下组分:橡胶组分100份、炭黑40‑50份、白碳黑15‑25份、硅烷偶联剂3‑5份、增粘树脂1‑3份、抗撕裂树脂5‑8份、防老剂4‑6份、碳共聚树脂CSR6373 3‑5份、微晶蜡1‑2份、氧化锌3‑5份、硬脂酸1‑2份、硫磺1.2‑1.6份、载硫剂CLD‑80GE1‑2份、促进剂1.5‑2.2份。本发明能够显著提升胎面胶的抗湿滑性能,从而解决轮胎在积水泥泞矿山路面使用由于打滑造成的切割加剧问题,提升产品磨面表现和使用寿命,提高矿山开采效率,为客户带来更高的价值。
