The winter tire tread rubber comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100.0 parts of matrix rubber, 45.0-70.0 parts of reinforcing filler, 3.0-8.0 parts of an active agent, 2.0-7.0 parts of a sulfur-containing organic silicon compound, 2.5-4.5 parts of an anti-aging agent, 1.0-3.5 parts of protective wax, 15.0-45.0 parts of rubber operating oil, 1.5-3.5 parts of sulfur (based on the content of pure sulfur), 0.8-3.0 parts of an accelerant, 5.0-25.0 parts of wet-skid-resistant resin, and 0.1-0.4 partof scorch retarder, wherein the reinforcing agent is prepared by mixing fine-particle-size carbon black and white carbon black, so that the gripping performance and the wear resistance are guaranteed,and the process performance is improved. According to the invention, the resin used in the invention adopts polymerization of modified rosin and aromatic resin, and ensures good gripping performanceat both high temperature and low temperature, so that the slippery performance of the tread rubber is obviously improved.
本发明公开了一种高湿滑性能的冬季轮胎胎面胶及其制备方法,其包括按重量份计的如下组分:基体橡胶100.0份,补强填料45.0~70.0份,活性剂3.0~8.0份,含硫有机硅化合物2.0~7.0份,防老剂2.5~4.5份,防护蜡1.0~3.5份,橡胶操作油15.0~45.0份,硫磺1.5~3.5份(以纯硫磺含量计),促进剂0.8~3.0份,抗湿滑树脂5.0~25.0份,防焦剂0.1~0.4份;补强剂采用细粒径炭黑与白炭黑相混合,保证抓着性能、耐磨性能的同时改善工艺性能;本发明使用的树脂采用改性松香与芳香族树脂聚合,同时保证了高温和低温下均用很好的抓着性能,使胎面胶的湿滑性能明显改善。
