The solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber is double-terminal modified styrene-butadiene rubber, the content of vinyl is 5-20%, the content of styryl is 10-20%, and the main chain contains 0.1-1% of block styrene; the modified cashew nut oil is obtained by converting phenolic hydroxyl groups on cashew nut oil macromolecules into long-chain alcoholic hydroxyl groups. The tire tread rubber is applied to the aspect of winter tire tread rubber, solves the problems that the hardness of a tire tread is increased, the rigidity is enhanced and the performance is deteriorated due to migration and ejection of an auxiliary agent caused by low environment temperature of an existing winter tire, and has excellent low-temperature hardness retentivity and ice-skid resistance and relatively low hysteresis loss.
