The invention relates to the technical field of rubber, in particular to a low-rolling-resistance wet-skid-resistant truck tire tread rubber composition which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of natural rubber, 30-40 parts of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, 20-30 parts of neodymium butadiene rubber, 20-30 parts of high-abrasion-resistance carbon black, 40-60 parts of pyrolytic carbon black, 5-10 parts of aromatic hydrocarbon oil, 3-6 parts of nano zinc oxide, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 2-4 parts of a p-phenylenediamine anti-aging agent and 1-3 parts of a ketoamine anti-aging agent. According to the invention, the solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber composition and the neodymium butadiene rubber composition are added, so that the low rolling resistance and the wet skid resistance of a tire tread are improved, and meanwhile, by adjusting a raw rubber system, an anti-aging system and a filling system, the anti-aging performance and the flexing performance of the rubber composition meet the dynamic performance requirements.
