The invention provides a control method and system of a fuel cell system, a vehicle and a storage medium. When the concentration of the hydrogen in the overflow kettle is greater than the preset concentration, judging whether the temperature of the cooling liquid in the electric pile is less than the preset temperature; and when the temperature of the cooling liquid is smaller than the preset temperature, the first purging valve and the second purging valve are controlled to be opened, and the air conveying device is controlled to operate. In this way, in the operation process of the air conveying device, air can be conveyed to the first pipeline, and therefore air flow is formed. Therefore, the air flow can pass through the overflow kettle to drive the hydrogen in the overflow kettle to be discharged to the outside through the second pipeline, so that the concentration of the hydrogen in the overflow kettle is reduced. Besides, the preset temperature is the temperature at which the cooling liquid in the water overflowing kettle does not overflow when the first purging valve and/or the second purging valve are/is opened, so that the hydrogen concentration in the water overflowing kettle can be prevented from being too high under the condition that the cooling liquid in the water overflowing kettle does not overflow. And the safety performance of the vehicle is improved to a certain extent.

    本申请提供燃料电池系统的控制方法、系统、车辆及存储介质。在溢水壶内氢气的浓度大于预设浓度时,判断电堆内冷却液的温度是否小于预设温度;在冷却液的温度小于预设温度时,控制第一吹扫阀和第二吹扫阀打开并控制空气输送装置运行。这样能够使得空气输送装置在运行的过程中,将空气输送至第一管道,从而形成气流。这样气流能够经过溢水壶,可带动溢水壶内的氢气通过第二管道排出到外界中,以降低溢水壶内氢气的浓度。此外,该预设温度为打开第一吹扫阀和/或第二吹扫阀时溢水壶内的冷却液不溢出的温度,因此,该方案在该溢水壶内的冷却液不溢出的情况下,能够避免溢水壶内的氢气浓度过高。在一定程度上,提高了车辆的安全性能。
