The invention provides a fuel cell control method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: detecting whether the vehicle has the capability of controlling the shutdown of a fuel cell or not at present when the fuel cell is in any one of a running state, a starting state and a hot standby state; determining whether a shutdown source of the fuel cell is identified at present; wherein the shutdown source is used for representing a condition for requesting shutdown of the fuel cell; and requesting the fuel cell to stop under the condition that the vehicle has the capability of controlling the fuel cell to stop at present and the stop source is identified. According to the method, shutdown coordination of the fuel cell is facilitated, and the fuel cell is controlled to stop at a proper time, so that the daily driving requirements of a driver are met.
