The invention provides a fuel cell control method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: detecting whether the vehicle has the capability of starting a fuel cell at present or not when the fuel cell is in a shutdown state, and determining whether a starting source of the fuel cell is recognized at present or not; wherein the starting source is used for representing a condition for requesting the starting of the fuel cell; in a case where the vehicle is currently capable of starting the fuel cell and the starting source is identified, the fuel cell is requested to start. According to the method, starting coordination of the fuel cell is facilitated, and the fuel cell is controlled to be started at a proper time, so that daily driving requirements of a driver are met.
