The invention provides a maintenance mode control method and device of a braking system and a control unit. The method comprises the steps that a starting signal of a maintenance mode is obtained; in response to the starting signal, a motor is controlled, and an auxiliary main cylinder piston is periodically moved to the bottom of the left side of the auxiliary main cylinder, so that brake oil in a cylinder body of the brake is conveyed to the oil can; receiving a brake oil pumping completion signal sent by an oil quantity sensor arranged in the oil can when the quantity of the brake oil in the oil can is judged not to be continuously increased; in response to the brake oil pumping completion signal, a motor is controlled, an auxiliary main cylinder piston is periodically moved to the bottom of the right side of an auxiliary main cylinder, and air in a cylinder body of the brake is pumped to the auxiliary main cylinder; an auxiliary main cylinder air pressure sensor is controlled, and the air pressure value of an auxiliary main cylinder is continuously measured; when the air pressure value is smaller than or equal to the preset air pressure threshold value, it is determined that the brake piston retreats to the bottom of the cylinder body of the brake, a prompt that the vehicle enters the maintenance mode is output, and the sealing performance of the brake is not damaged when the brake piston retreats.

    本申请提供一种制动系统的维修模式控制方法、装置及控制单元,该方法包括:获取维修模式的启动信号;响应于启动信号控制电机,周期性地移动副主缸活塞至副主缸的左侧底部,以将制动器的缸体中的制动油输送至油壶;接收油壶内置的油量传感器,在判定油壶中制动油的量不再持续增加时,发送的制动油抽取完成信号;响应于制动油抽取完成信号控制电机,周期性地移动副主缸活塞至副主缸的右侧底部,以将制动器的缸体中的空气抽取至副主缸;控制副主缸气压传感器,持续测定副主缸的气压值;当气压值小于等于预设气压阈值时,确定制动器活塞已退回到制动器的缸体底部,输出车辆进入维修模式的提示,使得退回制动器活塞时,不会破坏制动器的密封性。
