The invention provides a railway vehicle brake control unit maintenance device and method. The device comprises a brake control unit, a server and a maintenance terminal. The brake control unit comprises a case, a back plate, a plurality of control plates and a wireless communication plate; each control board communicates with the wireless communication board through a bus on the back board in the case, and is used for performing brake control and sending brake data to the wireless communication board; the wireless communication board communicates with the server in a wireless mode and is used for generating early warning information according to the braking data, generating a feedback result according to a maintenance request of the maintenance terminal and the braking data and sending the feedback result and the early warning information to the maintenance terminal through the server; and the maintenance terminal communicates with the server through the Internet and is used for sending a maintenance request to the wireless communication board through the server and receiving a feedback result and early warning information. According to the invention, remote wireless maintenance of the brake control unit is realized, the cost is saved, and the maintenance efficiency of the brake system is greatly improved.

    本申请提供了一种轨道车辆制动控制单元维护装置及方法,该装置包括:制动控制单元、服务器及维护终端;制动控制单元包括机箱、背板、多个控制板及无线通信板;各控制板在机箱内通过背板上的总线与无线通信板进行通信,用于进行制动控制并将制动数据发送至无线通信板;无线通信板通过无线方式与服务器进行通信,用于根据制动数据生成预警信息并根据维护终端的维护请求及制动数据生成反馈结果,将反馈结果及预警信息通过服务器发送至维护终端;维护终端通过互联网与服务器进行通信,用于通过服务器向无线通信板发送维护请求并接收反馈结果及预警信息。本申请实现了制动控制单元远程无线维护,节省了成本,大大提升了制动系统的维护效率。
