According to the voltage control method in the limp mode and the related equipment, under the condition that it is monitored that a main positive relay and a main negative relay of a battery pack are disconnected, a high-voltage electric drive system of a whole vehicle cannot continue to work. In order to avoid the situation that the low-voltage system of the whole vehicle is maintained only by the electric quantity of the low-voltage battery and the low-voltage battery is lack of electricity after the driving time is slightly long, if a preset voltage control condition is met, a voltage control mode is entered; according to the torque limiting parameters, the driving motor is controlled to output power within the target voltage range to supply power to a low-voltage system such as a low-voltage battery and a steering wheel of the whole vehicle, so that the problem of low power performance of the whole vehicle due to too low engine torque caused by too high output power of the driving motor is avoided while the power utilization requirement of the low-voltage system is met; and the low-voltage power consumption power of the whole vehicle is maintained, and the whole vehicle can continue to run normally.

    本发明提供了一种跛行模式下的电压控制方法及相关设备,在监测到电池包的主正主负继电器断开的情况下,整车高压电驱系统无法继续工作。为了避免整车低压系统仅靠低压电池本身电量维持导致行驶时间稍长后低压电池亏电,若满足预设电压控制条件,进入电压控制模式,通过获取扭矩限制参数,根据扭矩限制参数控制驱动电机以目标电压范围进行功率输出为整车低压系统如低压电池、方向盘等供电,实现在满足低压系统用电需求的同时避免由于驱动电机的输出功率过高导致发动机扭矩过低出现整车动力性能低下的问题,维持整车的低压电耗功率,确保整车可以继续正常行驶。
