The invention discloses a hybrid power mine truck working condition self-adaptive thermal management method and system. The method comprises the steps that real-time temperature information of at least one component needing heat dissipation and state information of a vehicle are obtained; whether the vehicle is circularly operated or not is judged by matching the consistency of the current operation state of the vehicle and recent historical data; selecting a corresponding thermal management method according to whether the vehicle circularly runs or not; if it is judged that the vehicle is in non-cyclic operation, a non-cyclic operation thermal management method is executed; and if it is judged that the vehicle is cyclically operated, the cyclically operated thermal management method is executed. The working states of the mine truck are divided and predicted mainly according to the operation working conditions of the mine truck, prediction of the operation states of the system in a short time in the future is simplified according to whether the mine truck operates circularly or not, a self-adaptive heat management scheme is implemented according to different working conditions, and the temperature change of vehicle-mounted main components is predicted. The quick response capability and the control accuracy of the thermal management system are improved, and the thermal stability of the system is improved.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力矿卡工况自适应热管理方法和系统,方法包括:获取至少一个需散热部件的实时温度信息和车辆的状态信息;通过匹配车辆当前运行状态与近期历史数据的一致性,来判断车辆是否进行循环运行;根据车辆是否循环运行选择相应的热管理方法;如果判断车辆为非循环运行,则执行非循环运行热管理方法;如果判断车辆为循环运行,则执行循环运行热管理方法。本发明主要根据矿卡的运行工况,将其工作状态进行划分与预测,并根据其是否循环运行来简化对系统未来短时间内运行状态的预测,针对不同工况以实施自适应热管理方案,通过预测车载主要部件的温度变化,提高热管理系统的快速响应能力及控制的准确性,提升系统热稳定性。
