The invention discloses a working condition self-adaptive minimum energy consumption control method for an electric drive dumper, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring data such as load, accelerator pedal angle, brake pedal angle, ramp angle and motor rotating speed of the dumper through a sensor, and transmitting the data to a whole vehicle controller; a whole vehicle controller calculates and establishes a relation model between an accelerator pedal and a brake pedal and between the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal and between the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal and between the brake pedal and the generated traction force and braking force in real time, and then the optimal traction force and braking force needed when the dumper runs in the minimum energy consumption state are given by adding a minimum energy consumption function of constraint conditions and combining a minimum value principle method. An inverse model is used for calculating the optimal input angle of the pedal when the traction force and the braking force are optimal, and finally, the input value when the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal are at the maximum angle is adjusted to be the optimal input angle of the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal. According to the invention, the dumper can run at the minimum energy consumption state under each working condition, unnecessary traction and braking energy consumption is reduced, the operation of the motor is protected, and the service life of the whole dumper component is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种电传动自卸车工况自适应最小能耗控制方法,通过传感器采集自卸车的载重、油门踏板角度、制动踏板角度、坡道角度、电动机转速等数据并输送至整车控制器,整车控制器实时计算并建立油门踏板和制动踏板与其所产生的牵引力和制动力的关系模型,然后通过加入约束条件的最小能耗函数结合极小值原理法给出自卸车以最小能耗状态行驶时所需要的最佳牵引力和制动力,并利用逆模型计算最佳牵引力和制动力时踏板的最佳输入角度,最后调整油门踏板和制动踏板最大角度时的输入值为油门踏板和制动踏板的最佳输入角度。本发明满足自卸车在各个工况均能以最小能耗状态运行,减少不必要的牵引和制动能耗,保护电机的运行,提高整车部件的使用寿命。
