The invention discloses a pedestrian driving safety monitoring method and system based on thunder-vision fusion, and relates to the field of traffic safety. The method comprises the following steps: arranging a radar monitoring array and an image acquisition module based on a target vehicle; acquiring driving environment information of the target vehicle; constructing a pedestrian behavior recognition unit; performing environmental influence analysis based on the weather data set and the light data set to generate a first environmental influence factor; performing network parameter updating on the pedestrian behavior recognition unit by using the first environment influence factor to obtain a target network parameter; configuring a pedestrian behavior recognition unit based on the target network parameters; acquiring monitoring data of the radar monitoring array and the image acquisition module, and correspondingly inputting the configured pedestrian behavior recognition unit to obtain a target behavior recognition result; and generating a first safety monitoring result according to the target behavior recognition result. The technical problem of low monitoring efficiency and accuracy in the prior art is solved, and the technical effect of accurately monitoring and ensuring the driving safety of pedestrians is achieved.
