And the annular driving mechanism, the vertical driving mechanism and the fan are all in signal connection with the control system. According to the foundation, the buoy and the arched truss can achieve the effect of separated rotation through the annular driving mechanism, and the pitching direction adjustment of the fan can be completed through the arrangement of the vertical driving mechanism.
