The invention discloses a net cage foundation structure test platform based on a truss type floating fan. The platform comprises three buoys which are connected through a truss structure, and the topsof the buoys are respectively provided with tower cylinders for installing fans; wave dissipation nets are arranged on the two sides of the truss structure; a solar cell panel is arranged at the topof the truss structure. And a liftable inner fishing net is arranged on one side of the buoy. The net cage foundation structure test platform provided by the invention combines fish culture and powergeneration functions; and compared with a common floating fan, the net cage foundation structure test platform has better stability, higher installed power and higher utilization efficiency.
